Wouldn’t it be great if there was somewhere you could ask for small business marketing tips and receive free, real-time advice from UK marketing specialists working in the profession today?
Well now there is!
The Small Business Marketing UK community on Google+ is a great source of marketing tips for small businesses. It’s a place to discuss the marketing techniques that actually work.
Simply ask your small business marketing question and there are a wealth of professionals on hand to provide you with answers.
The Small Business Marketing UK Community is a place where small businesses and marketing professionals come together to chat and share ideas.
And it’s totally free to use!
Each new member has the opportunity to introduce themselves to the group, simply click on the ‘Introduce Yourself’ section and say hello.
This is your chance to talk about who you are, what you do and what you are looking for. Please make sure you introduce yourself no more than once, otherwise it will come across as spam.
Although the community has a ‘Promotional Posts’ section, this area is really just intended for posts that create real value for other community members – it’s no somewhere to waffle on about how great you are. And posts to your own blog count as promotional posts!
The best way to promote yourself in the community is to make valuable contributions in the form of discussion topics, comments and occasional useful links.
But far more valuable than promoting your business, is the wealth of free advice available – all you have to do is ask the right questions.
As well as a great source of marketing tips for small businesses, the Small Business Marketing UK Community is a great place to practice your Google+ skills and make sure you’re not missing out on the benefits it can provide your business.
If you think Google+ is just another drain on your time, have a read of this article and you just might change your mind!
OK that’s it from me, please promise me that you’ll check out the community and use the opportunity that is extended to all new members to introduce themselves.
